Eating Like Rabbits

So, despite my incurable sweet tooth, J'adore a big salad .

I like grilled chicken on my big salad...

... with my homemade creamy pesto ranch dressing:

Whisk together:
3/4 cup oil
1 cup Plain Yogurt  (yes, you can use mayo if you'd rather...but doesn't that defeat the purpose?)
3/4 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons grated Romano cheese
2 tablespoons crushed dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, minced

What do you put on your big salad?
