october 23..... the orange god

Reason #21...........Pumpkin.... EVERYTHING!


Pumpkin Cookies:
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup (from 15-oz can) pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
2 eggs
2 1/4 cups Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix it and bake it for a few minutes on 375 degrees.....  for the icing, melt some butter and brown sugar into your vanilla icing and   seriously, its ridiculous!

Yes, this pumpkin pie spice creamer is RIDICULOUS!!!!  whip it into your hot cocoa or vanilla chai.  its like heaven...

Its a miracle spice..... whip into your whipped cream for hot cocoa or into your vanilla ice cream or be really crazy and put just a little bit on your pot roast (Seriously!)

They're alright..... BUT amazing to bake with... or throw in your rice pudding... or oatmeal...

  1. I love pumpkin!!! While in grad school we had friends who had a pumpkin fest every year and you had to bring a dish that had pumpkin in it. SO SO good! Their homemade pumpkin ice cream was fantastic. Pumpkin cracker spread, pumpkin chocolate mousse, pumpkin soup, pumpkin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
